Frequently asked questions
Do you need to know how to wakeboard or waterski?
No! During the cable hire you can wakeboard, waterski or kneeboard – speed is individually adjustable, perfect for beginners. Our private coaching helps you get started. Those who don't want to be active can enjoy the private boat tour – or the whole group uses it together as a 2nd event component.
What happens in bad weather?
In thunderstorms or strong wind we reschedule your date free of charge. In light rain we continue – watersports is fun in drizzle too.
How many people maximum?
Up to 25 people fit perfectly in our event package. For larger groups please contact us.
Can spectators come along?
Yes! The private boat tour is always included with 3x SUP. Either as a chill option for non-sporty types or as a 2nd event component with the whole group – depending on your plan. There's also a private lawn to relax.
Is there parking?
Yes, we have plenty of parking directly on site.
How does booking work?
Send us your request with preferred date and number of people. We'll get back to you quickly and discuss the details.
What are the payment terms?
30% deposit on booking. The rest must be in our account before the event starts.
What happens if we cancel?
Cancellation 3 months before the event or earlier: 20% of total price. Cancellation up to 1 month before: 50%. Cancellation in the last 30 days before: 80%.
How early should we book?
Especially in high season (May–September) we recommend booking 4–8 weeks in advance.
What should we bring?
Swimwear, towel and sunscreen. Wetsuits and equipment we provide.
